Why the shop button is dead.
If you clicked around looking for a checkout, a basket, or a "Buy Now" button, you didn't miss it.
It is intentionally disabled.
Most modern startup brands run entirely on hype. They create a beautiful 3D digital render of a bottle, launch a flashy website, and take your money as a "pre-order." They then use your cash to fund their first factory run three months later.
Essentially, they use their customers as a zero-interest bank loan while they figure out their logistics.
We don’t do that.
We refuse to take a single pound of your money until the physical boxes are taped shut, quality-checked, and sitting on the concrete in our UK warehouse.
Right now, the raw minerals are still being processed and blended.
Until those pallets land, you cannot buy anything here.
We don't sell fresh air or promises. We sell biological hardware.
Talk to a human.
We don't have a customer service department.
We don't use automated Zendesk ticketing queues, and we don't have a miserable AI chatbot trained to stall you.
If you have a question about the raw elemental ingredients, our factory timeline, or you just want to make sure your email actually made it onto the Batch 1 manifest, send a plain-text email to:

That inbox isn't managed by a third-party PR agency.
It goes directly to the phone in my pocket.
I read and reply to every single message and usually get back to people the same day.
(Unless I'm buried in factory paperwork or driving down the M6).
