What we collect: If you register interest on UpBy9.com, we collect your email address only.
Why: To email you when UpBy9 cartons are ready to order. We do not sell your email or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it: Until you unsubscribe, or 24 months after your last interest registration if we have not launched or emailed you; then we delete or anonymise it.
Who we share with: Only service providers who send or host the email list for us (e.g. our website/email tools), under contracts that protect your data. No sales to third parties.
